Before real estate, Dalon founded and operated one of the most popular private charter boat tour companies on Flathead Lake for nearly a decade, hosting countless guests—including VIP clients—and developing an unmatched understanding of the lake and its communities. In 2022, he sold the business to focus full-time on real estate as demand for his services grew.
 

Since then, Dalon has consistently ranked in the top 3% of annual sales production on the Montana Regional MLS, representing everything from luxury waterfront estates and multimillion-dollar properties to land, condos, and mountain retreats.

When he’s not working with clients, Dalon enjoys spending time with his wife and children on Flathead Lake, traveling to the Caribbean, pursuing his passion of photography and mini road trips to scenic destinations.
